What is MenoSerene Day-Night Skin Routine?
Skin changes as we age and this is often accelerated during and after the menopause due to a decline in oestrogen levels, but our Replenish Supplement is specifically formulated to tackle these changes. As your skin needs different nutrients at different times of the day, we developed these 24−hour supplements to feed your skin with the nutrients it needs at all times. This carefully balanced supplement is formed of day time tablets and night time capsules, one of each of which are to be taken each day.
Our MenoSerene range consists of 5 products that target 5 of the most common concerns that women can experience during and after the menopause.

It’s a convenient day-night routine for optimum skin health. The day tablets contain natural plant oestrogens from soy bean extract, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C to maintain healthy collagen levels in the skin. The night capsules contain essential Omega 3 fatty acids from echium oil and starflower. We've also added lycopene, and vitamin E which acts as an antioxidant to protect your cells from oxidative stress.
